Order processing: about 2-5 business days before shipments. In some cases, processing may take longer due to various factors (ie; time of year order placed such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Chinese New Year, Deepavali and other major holidays).
DISCLOSURE (2020-2022): Due to COVID-19 and new regulations during the current world circumstances, delivery times may extend up to 60 days at this time. We kindly ask that you respect that and thank you for your patience.
Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed.

Where are your items shipped from?
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers in Asia Pacific. (Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and China). As our items are stored in several fulfillment centers, your order may be shipped in separate packages, so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.
How do I track my order status?
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been dispatched. You will be able track your parcel status using the tracking number and tracking link provided.
Remark: The tracking information will become available 3-10 days after parcel dispatch

Incorrect Shipping Information
SHOP LOULOU is not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please take great care to enter the correct shipping details when at checkout. We will attempt to do anything within our power to assist in every situation - we are here to help you. However please understand that if the package has already been shipped that we are often unable to alter the destination address at this stage. If you realize you have made an error, e-mail us as soon as possible explaining the error and provide the correct information within 24 hours.

Delivery Information SHOP LOULOU is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. Nor far any additional taxes, vat, tariffs or othervcharges on the receiving end, as this depends on the laws of the individual countries.
Parcel Lost on the way - In the event that a package never reach you after 60 business days, and we can no longer trace the package in our tracking system. You will have to obtain a proof from your local post office stating that you haven't received any packages from our sending address within this time period, and we will ship out another package again as soon as possible.
If you did not pick up your package within 14 days and the package got returned, we will not refund your order.
Usually the post office will send a pick up notice to your address for large package which they can't delivery or if you missed the delivery. After 14 waiting days, if your package is returned by post office, then it will either get destroyed or become an unregistered package on the way back. Since no one is paying for the return, it might get lost on the way back or destroyed by the custom. If we did receive your return package, we will send you an email including a link and arrange to ship out the parcel again as soon as possible. Import taxes and fees will vary depending on your countries rules and regulations, we are not responsible for any additional fees once order is placed and parcel is dispatched.
